  • So, if you’re still stuck with your house-search on weekends, get in touch with us. We’d take over that and you can spend time with your friends and family.

This is how we do it

  • First we shortlist the properties (both on & off market) based on your needs.
  • We then inspect those properties to cross-check for specifications.
  • We then discuss the options with you and based on that you select the properties you’re interested in.
  • We then proceed with the negotiations to secure the best deal for you. If the property is on auction, we will handle the bidding on your behalf.

Add on benefits

We assist you with the due diligence as well — pre-purchase checks like arrange building & pest inspections, a conveyancer to handle all of the paperwork.

What do we cost?

Our first meeting is free and the fees are fixed before we commence work.

At Orange Brick Buyers Advocacy fees depends on level of service.

We offer a comprehensive buying service where we source, shortlist and secure the property for you.

You can even source the property and can engage our Assisted Buying Service and we take over from there.

We also offer Auction Representation Service, where we can bid at the auction on your behalf.

All fees are negotiable by law in Victoria and we are happy to negotiate a fees which is accepted by both parties.
